Sunny session at Beg Meil (Big Mel) on the 10'5 and 5.7m Shark .... Gusty cross off winds, flat in the bay and sail flicky fun, proper wind in the channel for full speed blasting ... Nice mixture and good fun test for the ankle.
Sunburnt feet, hands and head .... Oh yeah :)
